Rosie Alice Huntington-Whiteley Bio

While a 15-year-old student, she undertook work experience at London West End-based Model agency Profile prior to taking her GCSEs. When she left school in the summer of 2003 at 16 years old, her debut modeling session was for an Levi's jeans commercial. She got her first big break in January of 2004 when she travelled to New York City for a shoot for Teen Vogue. In Spring 2004, she made her catwalk debut with Naomi Campbell in New York City. Bruce Weber photographed her for Abercrombie & Fitch. In early 2006, she was signed to American brand of lingerie Victoria's Secret, making her debut at the fashion show of the brand in Los Angeles. Huntington-Whiteley remained unknown outside the fashion world until 2008 when she was spotted by the chief creative officer Christopher Bailey, replacing Agyness Deyn for Burberry's autumn/winter campaign alongside actor Sam Riley. Her first British Vogue cover in the November 2008 issue together with Eden Clark and Jourdan Dunn in a story that praised British models. The next year she was featured as the face of Karen Millen's spring/summer 2009 advertising campaign. In the short film she played the character of a woman who's boyfriend forgot Valentine's Day. She modeled in campaigns for Godiva, Miss Sixty and other brands throughout the fall/winter of 2009. Huntington-Whiteley was made a Victoria's Secret Angel in February 2010 and was a part of the annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. The following year, she announced that she would not walk in the show and that she had quit Victoria's secret to pursue other opportunities.
