Kathleen Robertson Bio
Robertson was the first to be cast as Clare Arnold, a series regular, in Fox's teen drama Beverly Hills, 90210 in 1994. She starred in the show from 1994 to 1997, during the four-to-seven-week season. Her former boyfriend Gregg Araki, a director was cast as Lucifer in 1997. Lucifer is one of a bunch of disenchanted, lonely and hot Los Angeles teens. Later, she starred in another film of his, called Splendor (1999). Robertson has also appeared in a variety of films throughout her career. She appeared opposite Luke Wilson in romantic comedy Dog Park (1998), in Sally Field's comedy-drama directed by Field Beautiful (2000), and the parody movie Scary Movie 2 (2001). Then, she starred in more serious parts in the independent drama film XX/XY , starring Mark Ruffle. The same year, Robertson was cast as Evelyn Dick, a Canadian murdered and convicted criminal, her trial is the most sensationalized moment in Canadian criminal history. This was in the TV movie made for television, Torso: The Evelyn Dick Story. Robertson was awarded an Gemini Award nomination for her performance in this film. Robertson was one of the lead characters in the Fox legal drama series Girls Club, which was ended by David E. Kelley. Later, she appeared in a number of independent films and also had guest-starring roles on Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Medium, CSI: Miami, as well as Rookie Blue. She was a co-star with Adrien Brody in Hollywood in 2006. From 2006 to 2007, she was the leading role in the Canadian comedy show, The Business. In 2007, she starred in the Syfy miniseries Tin Man as the primary antagonist in the story.
